Rookely is the organiser for people who plan group trips and events — not project managers. One place for logistics, costs, packing lists and decisions. Your group stays aligned, not overwhelmed.
No credit card. No setup. Ready in 30 seconds.
Simple process
Name it, pick your tools, add your people. Done.
Type a name and you are in — immediately. No description, no setup form, no waiting.
An onboarding screen lets you set a date and choose which modules you want — logistics, polls, settlement and more. Skip for now or configure upfront.
Invite members who join with their own account, or add Ghost members — managed by you on their behalf, no login required on their end.
Everything in one place
Every feature in Rookely exists because someone once said "wait, who was supposed to handle that?"
Define what each member needs to bring, confirm it, track it. No more "I thought you had the tent."
Build a shared schedule with days and steps. Everyone sees the same plan.
Track expenses, split costs and settle up — with multi-currency support. No more awkward post-trip chases.
Single or multi-choice votes for decisions that actually need group input. Publish when ready.
Each member has their own packing list. Accept or reject suggestions from the organiser.
A shared album for your group — upload during the trip, download all at once after.
Who it's for
Mountains, beach, city break. Plan the whole thing without a single spreadsheet.
Routes, gear lists, fuel logistics, shared costs. Everything a moto group needs, in one place.
Bachelor parties, birthdays, reunions. Split costs, collect photos, keep everyone aligned.
Tent assignments, shared gear, route planning. Know exactly who is bringing what.

Club trips, tournaments, training camps. Coordinate transport, accommodation and equipment as one.
Charity travel and group volunteering. Manage tasks, costs and logistics with clear visibility for everyone.
Features are optional — enable only what you need. If even one of them saves you time, Rookely is worth it.
How it started
Every year, a group of us sets off on a motorcycle trip together. For years, one shared spreadsheet held everything — the route, who is responsible for the spare fuel canister, shared costs, equipment lists and packing. It worked. Until you wanted to tick off a packed item. Or remind the one friend who never reads the group chat. Or check who still had not confirmed their spot. Rookely was built to carry everything that worked in that spreadsheet — and make it actually useful. With checkboxes, reminders, and without twelve follow-up messages.
"Leave the chat alone. Rookely handles the rest."— The Rookely philosophy
Rookely doesn't assume everyone will reply straight away. Polls have deadlines, notifications reach the quiet ones, and the organiser doesn't have to be the one poking people every other day. The app does it for them — without the awkwardness, without the group chat blowing up.
Questions
That's the organiser's biggest fear, and we built Rookely with it in mind. Joining takes under a minute. There's no tutorial, no onboarding to click through. You only activate the features your group actually needs — if you just want expense splitting, that's all they see. Less friction means more people showing up.
No. Active participants — those who want to confirm their packing list, vote or log expenses — do need an account. But if someone in your group just won't sign up, you can manage their participation yourself: add them to the shared lists, track their costs, confirm logistics on their behalf. They're included without needing to do anything.
Type a name, hit enter, you're in. The first screen gives you optional setup — pick a date, choose which features you want. You can skip it entirely and come back later. Most events are ready to share in under two minutes.
No. Features are optional. When you create your event, you choose which modules to turn on. If you only need settlement, that is all you and your group will see. You can add more later if the need comes up.
Nothing — for now, Rookely is completely free. No credit card, no trial period. If paid plans are introduced in the future, the core experience will remain accessible.
A spreadsheet is great for storing information. What it can't do: send a reminder to the person who didn't confirm, let each person tick off what they've packed, or automatically calculate who owes whom after the trip. Rookely doesn't replace the logic of your spreadsheet — it makes it interactive.
Only people you explicitly invite. Events are private by default — there's no public link, no searchable directory. Your group's plans stay between your group.
Absolutely. Rookely works just as well for a weekend trip with four friends as for a 30-person company retreat. Small groups often get the most out of the expense splitting and packing lists, since there is no one else to hand the admin work to.
Your events stay in Rookely. You can browse past events, check old settlements or revisit the photos. Nothing disappears automatically — the data is yours.
Rookely is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — add it to your home screen directly from your browser, no app store needed. On Android it works like a native app, including push notifications. On iOS you can install it the same way; push notifications are supported on iOS 16.4 and later when installed from Safari.
Yes. Rookely works just as well as a personal trip planner. Use the itinerary to map out your schedule, the packing list so you don't forget anything, and the board to keep all your trip details in one place. You get all the structure without needing anyone else involved.
Create your first event in under a minute and invite your group instantly.
