These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rookely, a group event and trip organiser. By creating an account or using Rookely, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rookely. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, do not use this service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rookely.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person — operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.
You retain ownership of content you create in Rookely (events, logistics, expense data, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Kamil Kunikowski Services a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it solely to members of your events for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos. Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Rookely is currently provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service as a whole at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kamil Kunikowski Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill arising out of your use of Rookely.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed PLN 100. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under Polish consumer protection law.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or otherwise harm the service or other users. We will give you prior notice where reasonably practicable.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon deletion, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Rookely after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
